At Superlinked, we've hit an exciting milestone: it's time to build out our sales motion. We’re a startup working on next-gen AI search infrastructure and now we’re looking for people who want to help bring it to market. Not just to “join sales”, but to build it.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to shape something from the ground up. Someone who knows that early-stage sales can be messy, creative and full of trial-and-error, but also full of impact. If you’re persistent, curious and want to grow fast, this is for you. You don’t need 10 years of experience. You do need grit, strong communication skills, and the drive to figure things out. 

We’re based across San Francisco (HQ), London, Tel Aviv and Budapest - small and dedicated team, friendly vibe, high expectations.

What we’re looking for:

Mindset & attitude:

• You're excited to help build a startup’s sales engine from almost scratch
• You're comfortable building and managing a pipeline independently
• You care about learning how things work, not just following a script
• You’re motivated by impact and ownership
• You're ready to grow fast - and help us grow too

Experience & skills:

• 1–3 years in a Sales Development or similar role, ideally in data/ML/infra
• You have earlier exposure to deep tech and B2B sales
• Familiarity with data infrastructure, AI or related areas

4. Talk to an experienced sales advisor
5. In-person meeting with COO (Ben)
