Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Manager to help us shape the product, define our roadmap, and drive adoption within the AI and MLOps ecosystem.

The Role

As our first product hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping Superlinked’s product processes, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach. You’ll work closely with our founders, engineers, and customers to define and deliver a best-in-class experience for AI engineers crafting search, recommendation, and discovery experiences that go beyond keyword matching.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy alongside the CEO — from roadmap development to execution.

• Define, prioritize, and execute features that drive developer adoption, retention, and expansion.

• Partner with AI engineers, ML practitioners, and CTOs to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs.

• Work closely with our top-notch engineering team to translate technical capabilities into intuitive developer experiences.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product-led growth and open-source adoption.

• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., GitHub stars, developer engagement, conversion to paid tiers).

Who You Are

• Technical product experience: 5+ years of experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or search technologies. Bonus: Experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, or vector databases.

• Founder mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership.

• Deep user empathy: You understand AI engineers and ML teams—their workflows, frustrations, and aspirations.

• Excellent communicator: You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

• Data-driven: You know how to balance intuition with insights and track key product metrics.
